# Internal error

An internal error occurred while processing. The Request-Id helps support.

**Status 500** · `INTERNAL`

## Typical cause

An unexpected error in Bodo. The API never passes internal details on.

## Way out

Retry later with the same `Idempotency-Key`. If it persists, give the `requestId` to support.
