# Risk family blocked

This operation belongs to a risk family that is blocked over the API for this credential.

**Status 403** · `RISK_FAMILY_BLOCKED`

## Typical cause

The operation belongs to a blocked family, such as deleting or finalizing an invoice, or the person’s AI mandate does not allow it.

## Way out

Allow the family on the key (needs an IP rule) or do the action in Bodo yourself. The API has no confirmations.
