# Unknown parameter

The request contains a parameter this operation does not know.

**Status 400** · `UNKNOWN_PARAMETER`

## Typical cause

A query parameter is misspelled or belongs to another operation. There is no filter language.

## Way out

Only the parameters in the operation’s reference are allowed. The `errors` of the answer name the unknown one.
