## Typische Ursache

Das Modul Öffentliche API ist für die Organisation in der Preview-Phase noch nicht freigeschaltet. Das gilt auch für OAuth-Tokens; Webhooks werden dann nicht zugestellt.

## Ausweg

Dein Bodo-Ansprechpartner schaltet das Modul frei. Bis dahin ruhen Schlüssel und Abos, gelöscht wird nichts.
