The public API is not enabled for this organization.

Typical cause: The Public API module is not enabled for the organization yet during the preview. This applies to OAuth tokens too; webhooks are not delivered then.
Way out: Your Bodo contact enables the module. Until then keys and subscriptions rest; nothing is deleted.
