WEBHOOK_URL_INVALID

The webhook URL is invalid or not reachable.

Typical cause: The address is not https, uses a port other than 443, contains credentials or a fragment, or points at a private or local address.
Way out: Give a publicly reachable https address on port 443. The errors of the answer name the reason.
