This credential may not perform this operation — a scope or right is missing, or the organization is closed or scheduled for deletion.

Typical cause: The key lacks the scope, the person lacks the right, the organization is set to “read” and the call writes, or the organization is closed or scheduled for deletion.
Way out: Widen the key’s scope or have the right granted in Bodo. Neither helps for a closed organization. The answer deliberately does not say which cause applies.
