IDEMPOTENCY_IN_PROGRESS

A request with the same Idempotency-Key is still being processed. Retry later.

Typical cause: A second call with the same Idempotency-Key arrived while the first was still running, for example after a timeout that was too short.
Way out: Wait briefly and retry with the same key and the same body. Once the first one is done, its answer comes back as a replay.
