PRECONDITION_FAILED

The resource has changed in the meantime; the revision from If-Match is no longer current. Read it again and resend.

Typical cause: Someone else changed the record since you read it; your If-Match names an old revision.
Way out: Read again, apply your change to the current state and send it with the new ETag.
